Like everybody else in the world who is trying to do something better with their life, I jumped on the vision board bandwagon. I was all in as a member of Oprah's LifeClass, and I was so ready to start manifesting everything that I wanted.
When most people finally decide to live their dream for real, they feel excited and ready to take on the world. Although having this feeling is great, the next move that the dreamer makes isn't always the best. Most people have been conditioned, through trying life experiences, to be negative thinkers. Because of this conditioning, they have adopted a mindset that reiterates the same lies to them on a daily basis.
There are several definitions of self-care out there. Even the "official" definition has evolved over time to include a lot more angles to the meaning.
