Most people have been conditioned, through trying life experiences, to be negative thinkers. Because of this conditioning, they have adopted a mindset that reiterates the same lies to them on a daily basis.
There are several definitions of self-care out there. Even the “official” definition has evolved over time to include a lot more angles to the meaning. Here is the one that I like the most. “Self-Care is what people do for themselves to establish and maintain health, and to prevent and deal with illness.
